[1] I don't see what I need, what should I do?
Give us a call! We are always getting in new items and are able to source many hard to find items. Give us a call and see how we can help you out!
[2] Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
[3] Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped.
[4] Can I return an item?
Within 10 days after receipt of merchandise, you may return for credit, however you must contact us for a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). A re-stocking charge may apply. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

[5] How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 2-7 days. We can only ship Federal Express Air and you must have an account with them. Large orders are shipped via common carrier (trucking company) and may take up to 7 – 10 days to arrive.
[6] Can I have an order shipped to my PO Box?
Unfortunately, no. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.
[7] Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes. When you place your order just advise your salesperson where your order is to ship.
[8] How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination. We use both UPS and Federal Express shipping computers which automatically figure the freight amount for every destination. Appropriate insurance is added.
